Yorgo Abi Khalil | Contributor | Lebanon Law Review

Yorgo Abi Khalil is a jurist specializing in International and Comparative Law. His main areas of expertise are international commercial contracts and international commercial arbitration. He graduated from La Sagesse University and holds a DEA in Comparative Law with High Distinction. 

Yorgo worked on many legal projects, his latest project was with the Secretariat of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Unidroit) in Rome, in which he carried out substantial research and data analysis on the use of the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts across the Middle East and North Africa

Throughout his years of education and professional experience, he has developed strong expertise in legal research, conflict resolution methods, corporate matters, and data analysis. Yorgo strongly believes in the role academics can play in shaping the young generation of law students. He aims to pursue his Ph.D. in International Law.
