Nour El Khoury is a Ph.D. candidate in private Law and criminal sciences at Aix-Marseille University. Her Ph.D. thesis is entitled “The fight against corruption: a comparative study between French and Lebanese law” – under the supervision of Pr. Eudoxie GALLARDO.

Nour El Khoury has completed a master’s degree in criminal law and criminal sciences- pathway criminology at Aix-Marseille University. Her master’s thesis was entitled: “Comparative study of Muslim and French criminal law”.

Nour has completed a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in comparative Law (french-Lebanese) at the Lebanese University – Filière Francophone de Droit.

Nour is also passionate and specialized in business criminal Law and financial crimes from a comparative perspective.

Nour has made several internships in Law Cabinets in which she acquired legal skills, mainly in research and writing legal content, but also the interpretation of legal information, preparation of complaints, summonses, and interrogations.

In addition, she has attended different programs with NGOs, mainly with UNDP and UN Women in which she acquired leadership and communication skills, team and peacebuilding, and conflict resolution.

Finally, Nour is highly interested in music and arts. She is a professional pianist and singer – having followed her studies in the Lebanese National Conservatory of Music.
